INO-741 / INO-763: Flagellin mAb

Inotek has generated a series of novel anti-flagellin monoclonal antibodies with high affinity and a broad spectrum of activity against Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas.  Inotek has established preclinical validation of its monoclonal flagellin antibodies, INO-741 and INO-763, in several murine models of IBD. Inotek believes that this series of mAb's may represent a novel approach in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases including Crohn’s disease. Additionally, these agents may have broad applicability in the treatment of a variety of gram negative infections.   Inotek intends to seek a partner to further develop these monoclonal antibodies.
