Dev is a General Partner at Devon Park Bioventures and brings a combination of clinical, scientific and financial expertise derived from his experiences as a physician, basic researcher and biotechnology/pharmaceutical consultant.

Prior to co-founding Devon Park, Dev was a Principal at TL Ventures where his duties covered all aspects of the venture business including deal sourcing, due diligence, deal negotiation and closing, portfolio company development and Board of Directors duties. In addition, Dev was previously a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he helped senior management of large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies with strategic and operational issues including drug marketing, product launch strategy, asset acquisitions and sales, post-merger management, and critical decisions on research and development projects.

Dev graduated from M.I.T. with a B.S. degree in Biology and received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School.
