Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a clinical-stage, drug development company with programs targeting fundamental mechanisms of cell injury, cell survival and inflammation. The Company has two Phase 1 programs, including a candidate for the treatment of glaucoma and a candidate to prevent contrast induced nephropathy in patients undergoing contrast imaging procedures who are at high risk of associated kidney damage. Additionally, Inotek has three preclinical programs, a Flagellin monoclonal antibody program in development for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease and two additional ophthalmology programs leveraging Inotek's expertise in the discovery and development of novel PARP inhibitors and SOD mimetics.

Inotek has built a first-class drug development and management team to move the comany's programs forward in clinical trials. The Company is privately held and is based in Beverly, MA.
