Product Pipeline

Inotek's most advanced product candidate, INO-8875, is a highly selective Adenosine-1 receptor agonist in Phase 2 clinical development for the treatment of glaucoma. Additionally, Inotek has an extensive poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor program in preclinical development as well as a portfolio of superoxide dismutase mimetics (SODm). Inotek is exploring both classes of molecules in retinal diseases, with the goal to advance lead candidates into development.
