Inotek's Adenosine 1 Program is focused on the development of a novel therapeutic for the treatment of glaucoma. Adenosine 1 has been shown to play a role in reducing intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of ocular fluid via the trabecular meshwork pathway. Inotek's Peroxynitrite Program is focused on the prevention of contrast induced nephropathy in patients undergoing procedures involving contrast imaging agents who are at high risk of kidney damage. 

Additionally, Inotek has several preclinical programs, a Flagellin monoclonal antibody program for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, a PARP inhibitor program for oncology and ophthalmology indications and a SOD mimetics program also being developed for ophthalmology applications.
